Steve Connell
Co-founder of PharmaFlexFunds, brings more than 20 years of experience building trusted relationships across pharmacy and healthcare operations. Known for his collaborative leadership, he has guided owners through growth, competitive challenges, and organizational change while helping them preserve independence. In addition to his work with PharmaFlexFunds, Steve leads WeCreate Corporate Partners, a consulting network that connects vendors serving independent pharmacies with value-based, profit-enhancing solutions. Before launching PharmaFlexFunds, he held leadership roles with AmerisourceBergen and later as President of a regional buying group, consistently delivering growth, retention, and new revenue opportunities.
Bobbi Garvel
Bobbi Garvel, co-founder of PharmaFlex Funds, built her career at the intersection of healthcare and financial solutions. Through Windismodis Capital, she helps healthcare business owners access tailored debt financing solutions. Her background spans buy-side M&A and strategic partnerships, including a key role supporting STORD in sourcing off-market fulfillment centers across the U.S. and abroad—a project recognized as the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2022 Deal of the Year. Earlier roles in client relations, government contracting, and national account management give her a broad foundation for building the operational infrastructure, partnerships, and systems that power PharmaFlex Funds’ growth.
